Rehbar Kulgam is a novel initiative of District Administration Kulgam to create opportunities for young people to explore their diverse passions and interests. For the sound economic future, Rehbar Kulgam provides easy access to the unemployed youth of the district to connect and apply for establishing their ventures in different fields with a stable future. It is a new, integrated strategy to provide flexible, holistic and hassle free service to support the youth in employment generation through various Govt sponsored schemes and initiatives. District Administration Kulgam is eager to plan, guide and support the youth in every stage of life and provide for them a safer environ so that they excel and shine in this competitive economic world.
The administration engages with youth through awareness programmes and various modes of communication including print and electronic media.
Applicants can access all the self employment schemes of the government on their mobile device at www.rehbarkulgam.com without the need of any human interface.
From guidance/counseling regarding scheme, coordinating with financial institutions, technical support to guidance regarding running the ventures profitably, applicants get it all and more.
The ventures/units set up under the initiative are regularly monitored to check any deviation from the approved line of activity.
